Altimate Nutrition was founded to challenge the status quo in the food industry with hopes of creating innovative food products that could mitigate societal issues like hunger and food insecurity. We are made up of a small team of passionate individuals with a wide range of expertise. Our R&D takes place in an institutional food lab with state-of-the-art lab equipment and materials. Altimate Nutrition aims to use insect (cricket) proteins to create a myriad of protein supplements that are tasty, nutritious and sustainable. Cricket protein is the sustainable protein of the future. With less water, energy, feed and land requirements, crickets generate more nutrition with far less greenhouse gas emissions. On top of the environmental benefits, cricket-based products also boast several nutritional benefits like enhanced protein quality, rich in micronutrients, rich in essential fatty acids, and low in calories.
