Investment Criteria: We focus on companies that have most of the following characteristics: • Business profile: Businesses that serve growing markets and produce recurring cash flows. • Management: We are looking for companies with an established management structure. We prefer that the current management stays after the purchase. • Net Income: Between $ 750,000 and $ 3,000,000.
