Alteo Properties Ltd (APL) is the real estate arm of Alteo Limited, responsible for the development and management of their numerous property assets, including land, mixed-use, industrial and commercial properties. Anahita Mauritius is one of Alteo Properties’ flagship projects and is a leading mixed-use project developed under the Mauritius Board of Investment’s 2002 Integrated Resort Scheme. Alteo Limited owns important property investment holdings and two sugar factories in the eastern and central eastern regions of Mauritius, as well as a sugar factory in Tanzania.
