Almende is an innovative research company with a diverse and ambitious staff of researchers, developers and office support. We are engaged in research and technological development in the field of self-organization and multi-agent systems. Our work mainly revolves around the following question: how can innovative communication technology be used to facilitate and improve human organization? Self-organization isn't something we only practice in our projects, but also on the work floor. Keywords are trust and freedom to organize your own meetings and activities. We offer a lot of feedback and a personal budget for literature and education possibilities, so employees may best express their talents and creativity. We are proud of our informal, "non-political" working atmosphere and invest in an office with respect for eachother, the environment and cultural diversity.
