The concept of Allegiance Fitness is a hybrid fitness approach that marries traditional and nontraditional fitness equipment and methodologies. We create a club environment that encourages team building and positive competition; driving each member to perform at THEIR highest level. We pride ourselves on not specializing in one or two styles of training, but instead, offering our members a myriad of workout styles and tools to explore in order to find what works best for THEM.
Allegiance Fitness is centered on our group weight training classes called Revolutions. Revolutions focus on teaching and implementing weightlifting and body weight movements with cardiovascular exercises. There are 3 levels to Revolutions, A3, A2 and A1. By separating classes by fitness level ensures that each member gets an appropriate workout experience. As you progress through classes there will be opportunities to “test out” of your level and move to a more advanced class to continue your progression.
