Founded by Roast Master Allan Stuart; Allann Bros Coffee Roasters has been a pioneer in gourmet coffee since 1972. We source only high-altitude grown varietals from around the world and have developed Direct Trade partnerships with coffee growing Cooperatives on several continents. This relationship with our growers gives us the opportunity to donate a portion of our annual sales back to these local growing communities to help support farming families and their growing coffee businesses. Our varietals include Single–Origin, Fair–Trade Organic, and Rainforest-Alliance certified coffees.
All coffee is roasted to order each day in a 1939 Jabez Burns Roaster. We roast by micro batches to ensure each
roast is uniform; meeting our high standards for quality and consistency. Our European Prep green coffee is hand– picked and sorted for impurities and then naturally sun– dried. Once roasted, the coffee is stirred and naturally
air–cooled to ensure each bean is allowed to return to room temperature at an even rate.
Our premium syrups are handcrafted using natural ingredients and flavors and sweetened with evaporated cane juice imported from Maui, Hawaii.
The wholesale division for Allann Bros Coffee Roasters is located in Albany, Oregon along the Interstate-5 corridor and houses our USDA-approved roaster, a manufacturing and bottling facility for our flavored syrups and proprietary products, a retail café, and our administrative offices. Our facility is certified for Organic processing by Oregon Tilth and our coffee, tea and syrups are certified Kosher. We ship products daily to wholesale and retail customers worldwide and an additional nine retail cafés called The Beanery, that are located throughout Oregon.
