All Accessible Housing

Linking NDIS Participants with a need for more suitable housing options to value based investors. Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is targeted at people with high physical support needs to offer housing options that lead to a better life. It is argued that people with disability only recognise State Governments as their only housing provider or pay high rents in the open market. SDA in NDIS Plans allows people to live in purpose built accommodation at affordable rent and in locations that offer similar options to the wider community. My role is to link those in our community that need suitable accommodation to people that are interested in building. I only deal with ethical investors and not those that are just after the big returns. This leads to sustainability for all parties and much better outcomes.
