ABA envisions a sustainable tourism model for the Alor archipelago and the long-term preservation of its marine ecosystem. ABA is in favor of promoting sustainable touristic marine activities and aims to support the government in managing the MPA's marine activities through advice, capacity building, guidelines and monitoring towards its members and other stakeholders. ABA promotes values of ethics, safety, professionalism, environmental and social sustainability, and supports local activities and projects that address the challenges of the marine ecosystem of Alor.
