We are a team of 34 and our leadership team of 5 have a collective 93 years of block management experience. Nicholas A. Faulkner BSc (Hons) FRICS MIRPM, is our Managing Director, having 25 years experience in the Industry. Nick formerly lectured for Portsmouth University and RICS on Leasehold Management Our property management team have 6 RICS accreditations and 8 IRPM qualifications. We focus on providing technical expertise, the highest levels of health and safety compliance and communication with our clients, which is clear in our testimonials and our 4.9 star rating on Google.
