Passionate about helping people look, feel and perform at their best, Alex Manos is a multi-disciplined health and fitness specialist providing one of the most comprehensive exercise, nutrition and health services available in the UK. Alex is qualified in nutritional therapy having studied at The Institute of Optimum Nutrition and CNELM. He is currently studying at The Institute of Functional Medicine, where he is enrolled in the certification programme. Ales is also qualified as a performance enhancement specialist having studied with NASM. In regards to this aspect of the business, Alex is continuing his development by studying Applied Functional Science with The Gray Institute. Ales is also qualified in NLP and offers a coaching and mentoring service to clients. Outside of his one-to-one sessions, Alex lectures at various colleges and for the Surrey County Sports Partnership on topics including Nutrition, SAQ Training, Core Stability and Flexibility. He has also lectured on behalf of Premier Training International, The Paragon College and The Institute of Optimum Nutrition.
