ALETHEIA'S UNIQUE METHODOLOGY – SCIENTIA Aletheia’s unique methodology, Scientia, is hypothesis-driven and based on the formulation of a tailored set of questions which aims to solve business problems. Using customised tools, the hypothesis is then analysed and verified through a carefully planned and structured set of deliverables. Monitoring mechanisms are also built into the approach to continually assess whether each work activity is still on track and whether any ‘course correct’ action is required. The results are then contrasted to the initial hypothesis to inform whether it had behaved as predicted to solve the business problem(s).
