Hotel operator with passion and specialist in restructuring management Since 1987 we have been operating hotels in Berlin and throughout Germany in our own name and for third parties, both in the luxury segment and in the economy segment. We own hotel properties ourselves or act as hotel operators in the form of lease or hybrid contracts, franchisees, managers or interim managers on behalf of third parties. The developed concept not only enables the company to better position itself on the market, but also to optimize all processes and cost structures as well as to classify the product in a long-term forecast in order to survive in the long term.
