From simple jeans to complicated re-cuts we are the Best in Boston as mentioned in Boston Magazine, The Improper Bostonian and Boston Common Magazine as well as nationally known Towne and Country. Business was first established as a men's store in Boston with locations in Faneuil Hall and Nantucket that featured men's sportswear and accessories along with a custom section.. In 1991 owner and master tailor Alan Rouleau opened up a showroom on Newbury St. dedicated strictly to custom suitings and shirtings. Since then the business, with a team of master tailors, has developed into a concierge level of wardrobing clients throughout the US and Europe. Along the way we have collected numerous Best of Boston awards (6) National Awards for Excellence in Tailoring (13) and other great kudos from local and national publications. A full service alterations department and custom accessories rounds out our private showroom by appointment.
