The Board of Directors comprises Chairman, Vice chairman and 15 Directors and a Secretary. The present Chairman is Mr. Ramanbhai Nathubhai Patel. It is the biggest market in Gujarat for fruits like Alphonso & Kesar mangoes, Sapota, Guava, Papaya, Custard Ber etc and all types of vegetables. The Facilities in the market for traders and farmers are in conformity with national and international standards. The state of the art Agriculture Mall, popularly called as Krishi Bazar, it has a retail Agriculture market for sale of all fruits & vegetables for the customers including home delivery system. It also has an electronic auction hall, air-conditioned  training centres, Conference rooms and board room. The facility includes online sale & purchase of fruits and vegetables on website of APMC Surat.
