Agricultural Picking Technology

Agricultural Picking Technology (or AgPick) helps you manage your hand-picked fruit harvest. Through an RFID-based piece rate labour management system, AgPick increases efficiency in the field while allowing you to view data about your harvest, including: worker efficiency, cost per vessel, and vessels per hour. AgPick also creates traceability of quality control issues, increasing the overall productivity of your workforce. With this technology, you can record the progress of your field workers in real time, analyse and collect data, and conduct "what-if" analyses. The use of RFID devices makes the management system durable enough for constant use in the field: no messy printing of bar-code labels or hand-written data.
