Advocates For Excellence

Communication is essential to building positive relationships and promoting growth and development. We have branded the simple, but powerful, OAR method (Observe, Assess, Respond) and utilize it in all of our programs. Advocates For Excellence are not your typical "classroom lecture" trainers. They offer a dynamic activity based approach that engages and energizes participants to have FUN while promoting real learning. The group provides consulting in quality assurance, management communication, employee and team development, compliance, and complaint trending and tracking. All of the program modules offered by Advocates For Excellence are able to be customized to meet your companies needs. Programs can be as short as one hour in length to energize a group, or could be broken into multiple 1/2 day, full day, or weekend programs. Advocates For Excellence is flexible and EFFECTIVE!
