The Advance Baton Rouge Charter School Association (ABR) is a non-profit charter school management organization (CMO) currently serving more than 1600 students in five open-enrollment, free, public charter schools in the Greater Baton Rouge Area:
- Dalton Charter Elementary School
- Lanier Charter Elementary School
- Glen Oaks Institute of Science
- Prescott Business Academy
- Pointe Coupee Central High School
All five ABR schools implement TAP: The System for Teacher & Student Advancement, a nationally proven, data-driven, school transformation model that puts a highly skilled, highly motivated and competitively compensated teacher in every classroom.
ABR offers its teachers highly competitive compensation and other benefits, including:
