Adroit Construction is an integrated team of individuals providing high value construction services. Our exceptional performance throughout our 40+ year history has earned us the reputation of being one of the most highly regarded design-build/general contractors in the Southern Oregon and Northern California regions, able to handle the most challenging and technical construction projects. For Adroit, the success of our project development group is based on teamwork, reliability, and dedication. Our long history of success in the Southern Oregon/Northern California region and our extensive experience in all facets of construction serves as a foundation for successful partnerships. Since 1979, Adroit Construction has grown from a two man shop to what is now a $50 million a year company staffing seven project managers, 17 full time office personnel, 17 superintendents, and a skilled field labor force ranging from 80-100 employees. Not only has the size of our company grown, but so have our abilities to manage various types of commercial construction under tight schedules, slim budgets, and extreme locations such as Crater Lake National Park, the high deserts of eastern Oregon and California, and tightly confined metropolitan city blocks.
