Adrian’s wealth of experience, wisdom and compassion has been gained through living and working in many countries, with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. After leaving the Army, I worked and consulted as a Senior Business Leader, enterprising, trusted & commercially led, with 3 decades of transformational change management experience in diverse global settings across the full spectrum of financial services sectors. Coaching, training, and development of a diverse range of individuals and teams. I believe whole-heartedly that anything is possible, once we have someone who believes in us and encourages us to develop the belief in ourselves. My approach to coaching is centred around the idea that the important fundamentals of a meaningful life are: Belief, Hope and Humour.
