The benefits of companionship are numerous: Maintenance of cognition, improved physical fitness, reduced risk of heart attacks, prevention of falls, improved muscle strength, extended life expectancy, reduced risk of hospital admission, reduced strain on the NHS to name a few. We are providing loved ones across Bristol, Bath, Somerset and South Glos with unrivalled companionship and independent living support allowing older people to continue to live well. We provide Home Help, House Keeping, Transport and Companionship for minimum of 2 hour visits. We only ever send the same Companion.
