Admiral Solutions GIC (Global In-house Centre) was set up in April 2012 to support the UK car insurance operations of Admiral Group www.admiralgroup.co.uk . The history of Admiral Group is one of growth, profitability and innovation. Admiral launched in 1993 with just one brand, zero customers and 57 members of staff. The Group now offers home, van and travel insurance as well as personal loans and car finance in the UK, and has operations in Spain, Italy, France, the US, Mexico and Turkey, and has over 6.5 million customers worldwide.
In simple terms, we provide car insurance. We help to limit the risks faced by each and every one of our 5+ million customers. In spite of challenging economic climates, we’ve continued to grow from strength to strength. Our approach has been one driven by innovation, fuelled by the hard work and collective capabilities of our talented workforce. We haven’t rested on our laurels, we’ve identified challenges our customers face and delivered solutions that have kept us ahead of the game.
Admiral Solutions support multiple departments in the UK. Our focus is our customers and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. The customers we deal with are our current policy holders who already have an insurance policy with us. We are there to help resolve any queries regarding their insurance.
