Recruiting from newly qualified accountants through to Chief Finance Officers, the division has over 30 years’ experience in this sector. Ad Finance and Accounting was the first division and continues to be an asset to this day. Ad Private Equity launched in 2017, and provides senior finance and transformation interims at the Group Director and C-suite level into Private Equity Houses and Portfolio companies across the UK, Europe and Australia on both an interim and permanent basis. Ad Investment Management is led by Jim Gervaise-Brazier. Jim’s team recruit specifically for the Investment Management and Hedge Fund industry. We cover all levels of recruitment across Operations, Distributions, Marketing, Front Office, Sales, Client Services and Performance, on both an interim and permanent basis. Ad Compliance, Legal and Risk focuses on placing Compliance, Legal and Risk professionals into financial services and other professional organisations. We recruit at all levels, from entry-level to senior management and ‘Head of’ positions. We work support some of the most respected names in the industry with both interim and permanent recruitment.
