Achata Coaching Inc. exists to help fractured teams find unity and enable leaders to learn to ask instead of tell. We offer executive coaching & facilitate executive offsite interactions for executive teams. Our offsite work is co-created to provide the best fit interaction for the needs of the specific team. Seeing teams grow in trust, learn their operating styles, develop working norms and create simple strategies are the main areas of our focus with teams. This is what we mean when we say you have to make space to find vision. We are currently located near Chattanooga, TN and work all over the United States.
