Our soft skills training solutions include self and organisation leadership, people development and culture & diversity. On the business skills side, we address business and financial acumen, strategy & execution, customer orientation and sales. In addition, we design and develop simulations and customised e-learning and mobile learning modules for ‘anytime anywhere learning’. Set-up in 1983, we are one of the first indigenous training organisations in the country. Our passion for innovative learning methods and our decades of experience solving organisations’ and individuals’ challenges have set us apart as high impact and outcome driven solutions providers. We cover a wide range of industry verticals including IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare, PSUs, Engineering and Retail. In India, we are head-quartered in Bangalore, but with our team of local trainers in major cities in India, we deliver programs and interventions across the country. We also have international operations based out of Singapore with a regional mix of trainers and consultants.
