We are licensed by the regulators in the various countries we operate, or plan to operate in, to provide card acceptance services for merchants. Our channel to market is through established relationships with merchant acquiring banking institutions in our target geographies or directly to medium-to-large business entities looking to automate cash collections and related merchant business processes.
