Abi'S Ice Cream

Abi's Ice Cream is a specialty ice cream shop serving hand-crafted, small-batch ice cream, sorbets, and baked goods. Abi's creates all treats in-house daily and provides a premium product to the customers. Abi's Ice Cream unique concept was envisioned, planned, and executed solely by myself. I developed the business plan including all financial and operational plans, branding, and marketing. In addition, I developed all the ice cream and add-in recipes, specialty drinks, shakes and baked goods especially for Abi's shop. Abi's niche is local, high quality desserts in a peanut and tree-nut free environment.
