. Providing advice, direction and guidance to top management team to carry out major real estate development plans or projects in accordance with the established policies.
· Assisting directors/partners in setting goals, objectives and procedures to enhance market share, profitability and return on investment. Subsequently setting department goals and closely monitoring their operations.
· Conducting review of performance of the company to determine if the company is achieving the short and long term objectives (increase in market share/profits, return on investment, etc).
· Review overall financial operations of the properties/projects.
· Authorizing occupancy rates changes, renewal of leases, execution of lease contracts, purchase supplies/materials and equipment for properties, Plan and direct the purchase, sale, and development of real estate properties on behalf of businesses and investors, Advise owners on how much to charge for rent etc..
· Delegate responsibilities to appropriate managers/department heads in order to ensure smooth running of the company.
· Integrating business plan that optimize profitability and market share for existing and new real estate project.
· Manage and complete Real Estate due diligence and integrations to support AZ Real Estate Development company strategic merger and acquisition growth.
· Preparing annual budget in coordination with managers/department heads.
· Representing the company them with major customers, government entities, the financial establishments and international clients.
· Recruit, develop, manage, motivate and performance appraisal of all managers/department heads and recommending compensation, training, termination, rewards or promotions.
· Monitor Real Estate market trends and performance of contractors/sub contractors.
· Negotiate contracts for the purchase or lease of the property. Negotiate the sale or terminate the lease on, such properties.
