Soft Services: Our soft services business, operated under the Avon brand, has a track record of more than 21 years. We provide customized soft services including housekeeping, janitorial services, mailroom management, lawn and garden care, facade cleaning and pantry management. In addition, we also focus on specialized maintenance of healthcare, guesthouses and hospitality facilities under our Aravon brand. We acquired Aravon Services Private Limited (previously known as Aramark Services Private Limited) in April 2015. As of March 31, 2016 we had 170 clients for our soft services facility management business.
Hard Services: We provide a range of hard services including electro-mechanical services, including electrical maintenance, diesel generator set operations, plumbing, water supply management, carpentry, painting, HVAC and handyman services. As of March 31, 2016 we had over 90 clients for our hard services facility management business.
Pest Control Services: We provide a range of pest control services, including bird control and termite treatment services. As of March 31, 2016 we had over 700 clients for our pest control services business. In addition, we have entered the B2C segment through an exclusive arrangement with Helpr, an online home services marketplace in September 2015. Under such arrangement, we provide trained and certified personnel to service IFM orders aggregated by Helpr including pest control, cleaning, electrical repair, plumbing, appliance repair and carpentry.
