ASO was founded by Craig Boulton & Matthew Duff, both of whom have vast experience in the marine & offshore industries in Australia. ASO is an organisation dedicated to providing high quality designs and consulting services to the Australian maritime industries. ASO is a company that provides ship design, structural design including finite element capability, stability evaluations, project management, technical and legal expert opinions. ASO prides itself on the quality of its staff and management team and the use of the latest technology in ship & offshore engineering design. ASO operates throughout Australia and the South East Asian region, providing a full range of marine consultancy services to shipowners, ship builders and Government authorities etc., ranging from marine transport feasibility studies through to final ship design, supervision of construction and legal services.
