ASME, founded as the "The American Society for Mechanical Engineers", promotes the art, science and practice of multidisciplinary engineering and allied sciences around the globe.
ASME is a not-for-profit membership organization that enables collaboration, knowledge sharing, career enrichment, and skills development across all engineering disciplines, toward a goal of helping the global engineering community develop solutions to benefit lives and livelihoods.
ASME has 120,000+ members globally.
It is present in 100+ countries and has 147 student chapters.
The ASME -DTU student section started in October, 2012 aims at advancing, disseminating and applying engineering knowledge for improving the quality of life, and communicating the excitement of engineering.
Currently it comprises of 100 student members and the section works under the guidance of our faculty adviser Dr. Raj Kumar Singh. We are looking to establish it as a good platform for all students in Mechanical, Production and Automotive Department.
We are looking forward to conduct events, lectures and workshops in our college.
