Arora Electromagnetics Private Limited We started our small business in auto electronic field as supplier of CDI Ignition Unit, Voltage Regulator & Flasher assembly for two & three wheelers in 1990 in view of non-availability of original spares from vehicle manufacturers. In order to have proper functional testing of these spares, we developed our own test equipment’s. This initiative helped us in approaching major 2 & 3 wheeler manufacturing companies for testing of these spares at dealer out-lets. This led to the concept of integration of various tests in single unit. In the year 2002 we supplied first integrated system to Bajaj auto Ltd. for testing of CDI, Regulator, flasher, switches at their service dealer network. Further development in 2 & 3 Wheeler industries needed more sophistication like variable speed simulation for magneto output complex, CDI, regulator, instrument clusters, body control units, starters, relays & switches, We developed testing equipment based on new technologies like Microcontroller, LCDs . Till today we have supplied more than 5000 sets of various test equipment’s to various vehicle OE's & their authorized services network. Mean time we got opportunity to use our experience in electronic assemblies for development & supply of Diode, Capacitor, Resistor & Spike Suppressor Assembly for wiring harness used in Yazaki India Ltd., MindaSai Ltd., MothersonSumi Systems, Delphi, Leoni Wiring Systems, Harnex Systems Pvt.Ltd.,BSA Corporation Ltd, Vision Cables.
