The Association of Regulated Claims Management Companies is the trade association which represents small to medium sized claims management businesses.
ARC was established in 2009 as a direct result of the lack of representation on offer to the majority of businesses in the claims management sector. ARC exists purely in providing support and guidance to its members, at the same time proactivley building clear paths of communication between the Regulator and ARC's members.
Our aim is to provide claims management companies with the appropriate tools to administer efficient, professional and regulated services throughout the sector. In addition, ARC will uphold and support its promise to its members.
To support, promote and enhance the image and general welfare of the claims management sector.
We provide information to the public by ensuring that our members (authorised claims management companies) meet high standards, and are fully compliant with industry rules. For this to happen, we offer our members training and expert advice in all areas of the claims management sector, so that they meet the standards set by the Regulator.
