The Evanston-based ARC team offers high-caliber, science-based mental health services delivered with integrity.
Under the direction of Sarah Warren, Ph.D., a senior hospital-trained psychologist, team members counsel individuals, families, as well as businesses and family offices, on how to successfully navigate complex transitions throughout the arc of life, such as:
- Emerging adulthood
- Retirement
- Divorce
- Recovery from substance abuse, and/or
- Significant mental health challenges.
As a concierge practice, we carry a smaller caseload to be able to meet fluctuating needs for care. Our services are designed to support the particular needs of high-net-worth individuals and families, including family offices.
ARC offers two levels of private pay services:
1. Therapy & Services to Support Mental Wellbeing
Our therapy and related services support adults and adolescents, couples and families in their mental health and wellbeing.
In addition to therapy services, we also offer recovery coaching and our own model of "Yoga for Mental Health," which is offered in small group classes and one-to-one.
2. Team-Based Programs
ARC's personalized team-based programs address the needs of adults, adolescents, and families recovering from substance use and/or significant mental health challenges, including trauma.
ARC's programs fill the vast gap between traditional private practice and Intensive Outpatient and residential care. Our programs serve as a step-down, or aftercare, following more intensive treatment such as residential care, providing a novel level of intermediate care.
Our programs focus on assessment and therapy rather than on groups.
ARC offers services primarily in-person in our casually elegant, HEPA-filtered tree-top level offices in the beautiful Chandler's Building in downtown Evanston. We also offer hybrid virtual services when clinically appropriate.
