We are a company who employees Enforcement agents and taken on work on behalf of creditors to recover the debts that they have been unable to collect. Previously we were known as bailiffs, but on 6th April 2014, legislation changed some of the terminology around the enforcement process and determined the fees we’re able to charge. We at APD are a new breed of Enforcement Company and understand that being in debt isn’t a choice many people make, so our collection approach reflects this.
