APD Urban Planning and Management, LLC (APD) has over forty-five (45) years of experience in comprehensive urban neighborhood planning, mortgage loan underwriting, housing and community development. In addition, our understanding of the policy and regulatory issues associated with community development financing and our experience as planners and real estate developers, provide us with a unique understanding of how sustainable housing and economic development impacts neighborhood development, and how these elements increase housing choices. APD-U offers holistic and selective services ranging from technical assistance to concept visioning through to planning and implementation.
