ANIMA is the largest independent asset management group in Italy, with total assets under management of ca. €192 billion and more than one million customers. In 2023 ANIMA Holding finalized the acquisition of 80% of the capital of Castello SGR S.p.a., a leading company in the promotion and management of alternative investment products with a specific focus on real estate and in 2024 completed the acquisition of Kairos Partners Sgr, one of the most prestigious asset- and wealth management brands in Italy in in high-potential Private and Institutional client segments.
