AMC is an international consulting firm based in Santa Barbara County, California, with ongoing operations throughout the United States and Europe. AMCs conception in 2005 stemmed from the innovative university teachings of Axel Meierhoefer, a former Air Force aviator and flight instructor with three decades of military, university and corporate management and training experience. Today AMC serves the corporate and private sectors in two prime areas: project management of change initiatives, and facilitation and teaching to implement learning designs created for multi-national companies. AMC's record is one of complete consistency and efficiency no matter how large or small the company or initiative.
