ACCBank was a lender to the SME and Agri Sectors. In June 2014 it rebranded as ACC Loan Mangement and handed back its banking licence in order to focus on debt collection. It is 100% owned by Rabo International, the out-of-country operations of Rabobank, a Dutch Mutual bank.
The remaining operations of Rabobank in Ireland are unaffected. Rabobank in Ireland engages in Corporate Lending, Treasury Management, Specialist Lending and also acts as a shared service centre to Rabobank operations across Europe.
ACC Loan Management has recently outsourced a broad sample of its Loan Book to Capita who will manage and collect the debt. A number of ACC staff have transitioned to Capita to assist this process. In parallel with this, the organisation has debranded all offices and closed them to the public. Some locations have permanently closed. To facilitate this restructure approximately 200 staff have accepted voluntary redundancy.
