Abigail’s experience is vast. She has represented many types of clients, including private individuals, corporations, estates, trusts, homeowners associations, municipalities, independent school districts, special utility districts, and counties. She advises her clients, prosecutes on their behalf, defends claims against them, and strategically guides each client based on their specific goals.
Abigail spent the first decade of her career practicing at the law firm of Scott & Ray, where she joined as a partner in 2016. In 2021, Abigail departed the firm to begin her solo practice. Although the decision was bittersweet, Abigail envisioned developing a firm that eliminated the delays involved with the traditional model.
Abigail’s goal is to provide quality legal services in a more convenient manner than one would receive with a conventional law firm. All legal services are made available to clients without needing to leave home. The typical amount of paper used is greatly reduced, as all documents are easily accessible to clients through a secured cloud server. In today’s post-Covid world, the need for virtual legal services has never been greater.
Abigail Kweller Sullivan handles various types of matters, including estate planning, wills, trusts, real estate, probate, construction, civil litigation, business, trademarks, copyrights, and more! Abigail is always up for a challenge, so feel free to ask her anything!
