Introduction: Our company established in 1935 is a manufacturer and seller of Sasa-Kamaboko which is a Sendai specialty. The Sasa-Kamaboko was named by the first president Hideo Abe.It is a specialty product that has become widely in Japan. About our product: We have in stock a variety of goods which also include the Sasa-Kamaboko "Sendai" which is original in that it is only available in certain seasons and is a "Atuyaki-Sasa" "Seasonal Fish Cake" which offers the original taste of fish. Our Awards History and what we attest to: The consumer can feel confident as our production facility has received the Ministry of Health Labor & Welfare's HACCP "Comprehensive Hygiene Supervision Process" recognition. The Sasa-Kamaboko "Sendai" won the Honor Grand-Prix for the 64th time at the Fish Paste Show sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture,Forestry,and Fishers. Regarding our track record: We are now developing our market in Miyagi Prefecture and the neighboring prefecture with the opening of about 30 stores. We have also established a website for mail order and have received a lot of visitor support from throughout the whole country of Japan. Our Commitment: Our company which started out with hand made production now produces 300,000 units per day. We only use the highest quality fish under tight quality control to produce our fishcake. To sustain long term success we produce excellent high quality products.
