Founded by Dr Abosede Ajayi and Gareth Ziyambi, both nationally and internationally recognised experts in their fields, A2Z sets out to continue the successful partnership they have developed after years of working together at multidisciplinary Games and with British Diving We at A2Z have assembled a stellar team, with over 15 years of experience of working with elite athletes, managing their injuries back to full fitness. During this time we have also developed innovative performance solutions, all with the purpose of restoring movement when it is lost to pain and injury or unlocking the physical and mental potential for you to perform better and more consistently.
