95.7 The Spin is an alternative radio station located at the University of Southern Indiana that serves the Evansville area. Our Mission Statement: 1. To provide the community - students, faculty, administration, and the surrounding local population - with radio programming that serves the public interest. Programming includes entertainment, news, sports, and public affairs programs. 2. To provide University of Southern Indiana students with a facility to gain experience in all aspects of radio broadcasting. This includes programming, production, news, sports, and other areas. That station works to not only supplement the Department of Communications and Radio/TV majors, but to also give opportunities to students from all majors.
