We create a safe space for leaders to collaborate and encourage each other to grow, and we inspire, motivate, and enhance a choice-based mindset for leaders of the New Era.  5Cs Team Building - Team Development sessions developed for remote leadership in shifting times to build cohesive, inspired teams, by creating authentic connection, effective communication, trust, and a sense of belonging to the team and organization.  5Cs Executive Coaching - group coaching and 1:1 executive coaching and coaching programs for leaders. We create a safe space for leaders to connect, share, collaborate and encourage each other to grow; Inspire, motivate, and enhance a forward-thinking and “can-do” mindset; and define and set a path to achieve your personalized goals to successfully lead your team and business. Our founders are two senior executive coaches who believe in the power to change and are passionate about helping leaders: Shira Ronen, executive coach, angel investor, Stanford Graduate School of Business group facilitator, and former McKinsey consultant (based in California). Alexandra Bril-Lelcuk, executive coach, group facilitator, art therapist, Adler Institute coach trainer and supervisor (based in Tel Aviv). Shira and Alexandra each have 20+ years of experience guiding hundreds of executives to success.
