Though 4DCE is counted like newly documental born company, but it is fundamentally based on the extended expertise and gained knowledge of its founders along more than 32 years of professional experience on a diversity of international and local projects .some of them were in J.V or association with international firms from USA , Europe and some south Asian firms.
