Founded in 2013, 41 Studios is an ever-evolving creative venture focused on residential and commercial design, real estate and project consulting.
Kimberly's background spans nearly two decades in architecture, design and real estate, leading global project and program initiatives for corporate, institutional and residential clients.
She began her career in high-end residential design in Dallas, TX before transitioning to Boston to begin her Master's in Architecture in 2002. While in Boston, she spent several years designing spaces for clients across biotech, retail, higher education and corporate interiors sectors at both Jacobs and Perkins + Will. Through client connections at Perkins + Will, she was pulled into Owner's Project Management work, leading large-scale construction project initiatives at JLL. From JLL, she was lured to the Owner's side of the table, spending several years championing global design and construction initiatives for MetLife's Global Workplace Management team, in Manhattan. The events of 2020's COVID pandemic led her to revive her business providing consulting services to discerning commercial and residential clients.
Kimberly completed her B.S. in Interior Design from Oklahoma State University as well as graduate studies in Architecture at the Boston Architectural College. She holds LEED AP, NCIDQ and NCARB credentials, and is active in NYC and Lenox, Massachusetts communities, volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters NYC, and serving on several town boards in Lenox, Massachusetts - the site of her living design laboratory.
When Kimberly is not engaged in real estate, design and construction consulting, she enjoys traveling with her husband and playing fetch with their bundle of joy - their precious Irish Terrier, Maggie.
