Each program is customized to help you reach your individual goals. Included in our program is proper nutrition guidance. We believe that nutrition along with exercise is critical to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
We also offer Personal/Private Yoga Sessions and Yoga Classes. Each private session is customized with yoga stretching to help you improve your flexibility and increase your strength and endurance. You get the benefits of doing yoga without the formality of a regular yoga class.
The Yoga Classes are structured around the level of class and will allow for each individual to practice at their own ability...allowing students to empower themselves to find their strength within themselves.
We also offer group yoga classes.
