In fact, it’s difficult to comprehend our lives without technology.
But, do we really want to know how technology works? Do we even care?
Writing technical marketing content requires product knowledge,
but it also requires insight into why customers should care.
How does the product make the customer’s life better and easier?
What can customers do tomorrow that they cannot do today?
A great content writer can clearly and concisely communicate
the value of a technical product in language that is meaningful to the customer.
