2-POV is an architectural firm based on collaboration of the client's needs and program with our vision, design, brand, code and ultimate utilization of the space for it's intended use. The merging of both points of view into a holistic outcome is what define us as the best in what we do. 2-POV comes to the table with a vast amount of project experience covering a lot of aspects in the design and building industry. Currently mostly focused throughout North America but with experience that covers South America and Canada our knowledge base is that of holistic architects from siting the building, knowledge of local construction resources, specialties of the regions and a wide base of design team consultants to collaborate with. Locally you will find a variety of our work with developers and owner's in the Washington, DC area but you can find our influence in other areas of the country as well.
