1Velocity provides metro Ethernet services to business and governments in Las Vegas and Reno with bandwidth from 8 Mbps to 2.5 Gbps for Ethernet virtual private line (EVPL) service and Internet access. While other carriers share trenches and poles, the 1Velocity network completely bypasses the local exchange carriers' infrastructure, providing one-hundred percent diverse access for best-case data continuity. Built using the millimeter wave E-band, 1Velocity's Layer 2 Ethernet network has sub-millisecond latency across the valley. 1Velocity's business and government customers use 1Velocity for Ethernet WANs, connecting to data centers, Internet access, and redundant connections for business continuity.
