1HourTooth is comprised of a team of dental professionals who are specialized in fabricating all porcelain restorations using the CEREC system as the primary equipment. Our team members are set up to work with local Dentists in providing same-appointment restorations including but not limited to Inlays, Onlays, 3/4 Crowns, full coverage Crowns, and Veneers. In addition, our team of Master Ceramists will be able to provide value added services such as Cutback and Buildups, Staining and Glazing, Shade modification, and same visit EmpressTM Crowns and Veneers. 1HourTooth deploys branded, customized mobile laboratory van – outfitted with special design/production equipment. Dentists schedule relevant patients sequentially, then book the 1HourTooth mobile unit park outside their office during that time block (usually a half-day at a time, or a group of four patient appointments). Prior to the first patient’s arrival, the 1HourTooth technician sets up the digital scanning equipment, which the dentist will use to render a digital impression that will provide a basis for each new crown to be made. This digital scan is sent via wirelessly to the 1 HourTooth lab parked outside, where the 1HourTooth technician uses CEREC technology to transform that digital impression into a precisely contoured crown. The crown is made of top-quality empress porcelain, the same material used to make traditional lab-produced crowns.
